From God To Me From Me To God
You may ask why I, your God, have forsaken you; why I amMy God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Why are You so far from helping and from the words of roaring;?
whyO my God, cry in the daytime, but do not hear; and in the night season, and not silent.
But holy, and inhabit praises.
fathers trusted in ; they trusted, and delivered them.
They cried to and were delivered; they trusted in and were not confounded.
But , like before , a wormand not a ; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
All those who see laugh to scorn; they shoot out their lips, and shake their heads, saying that,
since trust in to deliver , should let deliver , if delight in .
But He who took out of the womb; made trust and hope when upon mother’s breasts.
cast upon from the womb; God from mother’s belly.
be far from ; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
Like many bulls they surround as they did ; like strong bulls of Bashan they have encircled .
They gape at with their mouths, like a ravening and roaring lion.
poured out like water, and all bones are out of joint; heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of bowels.
strength is dried up like a potsherd; and tongue cleaves to jaws; and they have brought into the dust of death.
For like dogs they have surrounded ; of have enclosed ; hands and feet.
can count all bones; they look and stare at .
They part garments among them and cast lots for clothing, just as they did to .
But do not be far from ; OI, strength, be quick to help .
deliver soul from the sword; life, My darling, from the power of the dog.
save from the lion’s mouth; for have heard and answered from the horns of the wild oxen.
Declare name to brothers and sisters; praise in the midst of the congregation.
who fear praise ; , seed, glorify ; and , seed, fear .
For have not despised nor abhorred affliction; nor have hid face from ; but when cried to , heard .
praise will be of in the great congregation; fulfill vows before those who fear .
who meek will eat and be satisfied; who seek will praise ; heart will live forever.
All the ends of the world will remember and turn to ; and all the families of the nations will worship before .
For the kingdom is ; and the governor among the nations.
All on earth who are rich and fat will eat and worship; all who go down to the dust will bow before cannot keep own soul alive.
A posterity will serve ; it will be accounted to for a generation.
will come and declare righteousness to a people who will be born, that have done this.
