¹ The heavens declare glory; and the firmament shows handiwork.

² Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night shows knowledge.

³ There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.

⁴ Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them have set a tabernacle for the sun,

⁵ which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoices like a strong man to run a race.

⁶ His going forth is from the end of the sky, and his circuit to the ends of it; and there is nothing hidden from his heat.

⁷  law is perfect, converting soul; testimony is sure, making wise who simple.

⁸  statutes are right rejoicing heart; commandment is pure, enlightening eyes.

⁹ The fear of is clean, enduring forever; judgments are true and righteous altogether.

¹⁰ They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

¹¹ Moreover, by them , servant, warned; and in keeping them there is great reward for .

¹²  cannot understand own errors; cleanse from secret faults.

¹³ And keep , servant, back from presumptuous sins; let them have dominion over ; then will be upright, and will be innocent from the great transgression.
